Cathy Adams is the Director of Operations for Dark Sky Destinations by Cliff Valley Astronomy, where she plays a central role in supporting and growing Canada’s only astro-lodging network. An accomplished photographer, astrophotographer, and astronomer, Cathy brings both creative vision and technical expertise to every aspect of the program, helping partners showcase the beauty and value of truly dark skies. As a former business owner, Cathy understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities faced by accommodation operators, particularly in rural and nature-based destinations. This experience informs her practical, partner-focused approach, ensuring that Dark Sky Destinations members receive meaningful guidance, operational support, and marketing value. Cathy is deeply committed to the long-term success of Dark Sky Destinations partners across Canada.
